THE BALL OF ROME
May 9–11, 2025 | Live Project | Stockholm

An immersive theatre retreat exploring hierarchy, subjectivity, and emergent narratives through an interactive role-play experience set in a Roman-inspired environment. Fifty participants, guided by a team of co-facilitators, navigated constructed social scenarios to probe the formation of roles, the dynamics of power, and the possibilities inherent in collective storytelling. The project positioned art as a method for examining both human limitation and creative potential within structured social systems.

DEN OF THIEVES

An experimental theatre retreat exploring rapid prototyping of immersive experiences and the dynamics of improvisation. Participants engaged in structured exercises and deep improvisation sessions under the guidance of facilitator Tijmen Brozius, investigating emergent narratives, social roles, and collective creativity. By combining satire, improvisation, and immersive formats, the project crafted a language of play that engages with complex social and cultural dynamics.

MORE THAN MACHINE / LESS THAN HUMAN
